1. Who we are
Digicine is the operator/controller of this website. Contact us for any data request.
2. What we collect
With your explicit consent we collect anonymous analytics (page paths, referrer, device class, an anonymous session id). We do not store IP addresses or raw user-agent strings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
3. Why we collect it
To understand which content is useful and to improve the site. Lawful basis: consent (POPIA s.11(1)(a) / GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time, request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (ZA) or your local DPA.
5. Retention
Anonymous analytics are retained for 13 months and then aggregated/deleted. Proof-of-consent records are kept for 5 years as required.
